This world-class mixed-use complex—combining a mall, amphitheater, hotel, and exhibition center—is designed around dramatic shifts in elevation to create a strong visual and spatial identity. High and low points are intentionally emphasized, with grand staircases rising toward two sculpted peaks where observation decks overlook the city. At the heart of the project, a glass-and-steel dome forms a luminous central atrium that brings natural light deep into the mall while offering a protected, immersive environment for visitors. The hotel and exhibition center face each other across this shared landscape, creating an active cultural axis, while the amphitheater’s transparent façade opens toward the entire composition. A spiraling circulation path wraps the central void, leading visitors up to a landscaped roof terrace for moments of retreat and connection to the surrounding environment.
