We collaborated closely with the client to transform their brand from a fast-food concept into a higher-end, casual dining experience inspired by the cafés of Lebanon. The design introduces rich color, handcrafted textures, and old-world charm through distressed wood finishes, custom rustic furniture, warm lantern lighting, and expressive terracotta tiles. Each element was selected to highlight cultural identity while creating a welcoming, naturally grounded atmosphere. I conducted weekly site visits to ensure construction quality and design integrity through handover. The success of this renovation has led the remaining four branches in Oman to adopt the same design approach.
