A space shaped by natural light, material honesty, and cultural expression—crafted to honor individuality and connect people to their environment.

This project transforms an existing structure using its original materials while introducing new architectural elements within an extremely tight budget. The design prioritizes daylight: by carving a vertical void from the lobby to the roof, indirect natural light filters deep into the building, reducing heat gain in the harsh climate and lowering energy use. This strategy creates a calm, sustainable interior environment where daylight becomes a soft guiding element rather than a source of glare. Through careful material reuse, subtle geometric interventions, and a holistic approach to form and function, the building becomes a balanced space that feels both grounded in its context and elevated in experience.
